After spending 15 years in the mountains of western slope Colorado, I have settled in La Paz, Baja Sur, Mexico. The desert, the mountains, and the warmth are where my soul feels most at ease. Baja is a whole vibe and I feel immense gratitude to call this place home.

I've brought my entrepreneurial spirit and 2 very old cats, Coco and Nicky, with me and have started a baking company, a Cajun food catering company, and a property management company. I plan to bring many more dreams to fruition with my time on this planet and look forward to seeing where these projects take me.

I feel food is an expression of love - most certainly my love language - and I enjoy sharing that love with others. My cooking roots are steeped in Louisiana, Texas, and Mexican culture & tradition, all places I have resided in, with a short-lived career as a lunch lady thrown in for good measure. I think life is too short to not eat well and I define 'the good life' as great food, travel, recreation, conversation & company. My personal philosophy is guided by my curiosity to explore this planet and to do so with radical honesty, humility & boundless gratitude.

One of my other passions in life is hosting, be that the perfect vacation or a memorable food-based event.
